We include impact and permitting fees, residential plans, property surveys, tearing down an existing home and clearing the property, additional fill dirt needed for the property, and many other items that many builders consider outside the scope of what they will include.
- Our designer has over 20 years of experience designing a variety of residential styles. He has designed breathtaking homes in both Tampa and St. Petersburg and will design a home that perfectly fits your dream.
- There are minimal deposits required until you are happy with the design and ready to continue with the home.
- Our construction staff is very customer friendly. You will receive their cell phone numbers and may contact them directly when you have any questions or concerns.
